Blacksmiths Cottage House Rules

Whilst using the Property, please adhere to the following House Rules:

  • You are responsible for the supervision of all members of your party including those under the age of 18 at all times.
  • Please respect the local community and keep the noise levels to a minimum, especially between the hours of 10pm and 8am.
  • Smoking (including e-cigarettes and vapes) is not permitted inside the Property.
  • No visitors are allowed to stay at the Property. If you wish to invite additional visitors during your stay, please contact us.
  • Where dogs are permitted, you must not leave them unattended in the Property.
  • Dogs should not be allowed in the bedrooms or on the soft furnishing.
  • Fire risks including candles, firepits, fireworks, lanterns are not permitted at the Property.
  • No deep fat friers, air-conditioning units, other personal electrical appliances to be used in the cottage, other than mobile phone/laptop/tablet chargers from the original manufacturers, as this is a stipulation of our insurers.
  • Drones and unmanned vehicles are not to be used on or from our site without permission.
  • You are not permitted to use domestic power sockets to charge an electric or hybrid vehicle, including electric bikes and scooters.
  • No electric scooters or bikes are permitted to be stored within or on the premises, due to them being a fire hazard and is a stipulation of our insurers.
  • No glass drinking vessels or glass items to be taken near or in the hot tub.
  • The maximum number of persons in the hot tub is 6 at any one time.
  • Please make sure that, when leaving the property unattended, the front & back doors and windows are locked.
  • Please do not use the provided pool-towels for the beach, they are for use with the hot-tub only.
